Carmen embarked on her spiritual journey beginning as a meditator. Her path took many twist and turns but she always been driven to make a difference. Deeply influenced by her mother’s unwavering support, Carmen learned she can achieve anything she set her heart on. Embracing her uniqueness as her super power, she followed her mother’s example and blessings.

Carmen began on the western medicine journey after completing her EMT and volunteering as a fire fighter. She gained knowledge and compassion for others. Carmen worked in an emergency room where she gained knowledge working along side selfless and compassionate people, but she felt destined for a different path.

Determined to deepen her knowledge Carmen returned to school, earning her bachelors degree in Alternative medicine. Her journey continued as she discovered a passion for natural remedies. Holistc medicine led her to opening and co-founder of Cryo Core Rejuvenation. While enjoying the day to day operations and seeing first hand how a natural therapy can help clients with pain. She was reminded how much Acupuncture helped her in the past.

Carmen went on to earn her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and completed her Herbal Chinese Medicine at Won Institute. This was not an easy task but with hard work and much sacrifice she did it. She is happy to help others on their healing journey. In her clinic days she helped many with pain, digestive issues, insomnia, constipation, menopause symptoms and much more.

In her free time Carmen enjoys gardening, meditation and nurturing her “me time”. Meditation is essential and part of her everyday life. She looks forward to sharing this with others too. Carmen enjoys her friends and family time. She feels this is her healthy balance in life. She is excited for the future and hopes to see more people give Acupuncture Chinese medicine (TCM) a try.
